A Bismarck Blast – Don’t Miss The 13th Annual Medieval Rush

Back in February, I had a chance to talk with Tanner about an event that sounds like pure joy and fun - THIS is your chance for you and your whole family to lock in your adventure at Medieval Rush - the 13th Annual! Mark this date down on your fridge, put it somewhere on a sign out in your backyard to look at, and inspire you as you leap over some homemade obstacles - Get yourself READY for June 15th!

WHAT TIME:

8 am to 11 am for the Ultimate 5k Obstacle/Mud Run. Here is your chance to conquer 30+ obstacles in the Adult Race or 20 challenges in the kids course. Tanner told me this is an "Obstacle course FRIENDLY event" - in other words, if you don't want to tackle the obstacle head-on, then simply go around it - the same concept applies with the mud ( although have you ever seen a picture of someone covered in it without a HUGE smile on their face? )

Here is another wonderful thing about this event - Partial Proceeds Go To Dakota Children's Advocacy Center. Unleash your inner warrior at Medieval Rush - whether you are out there participating or encouraging others as a spectator - YOU and your whole family will never forget this day.
