For the second year in a row, I was able to sit down and talk with an awesome young lady - who strives for perfection

The perfection part I was talking about is not about Theresa Liebsch - It's what she does unselfishly for a living - it's from her heart and she is good at it. Vision Zero is all about educating people - and explaining how the traffic laws work.  There are 4 locations in North Dakota - Bismarck, Minot, Fargo, and Grand Forks. Theresa has been at her job for over three years - within 2.3 seconds of meeting her for the first time, you'll be impressed by her real desire of to help others.

"I love people..."

She genuinely loves being out and about here in town, setting up a tent, talking to people who stop to play the "Spin The Wheel" and answering questions about our laws. Last Saturday she was at Legacy for 5 hours, in the hot sun - with a smile that never left her face. A Long Prairie, Minnesota native, her work as a Regional Outreach Coordinator is perfect. In my conversation with Theresa, she impressed upon me their Vision Zero's goal -  Zero fatalities. Zero excuses.

Just this morning Theresa shared some encouraging stats

On this Monday morning, Theresa shared some encouraging stats with me:

"As of 7/19/24, we are down 10 fatalities compared to last year at this same time which is great news!"

No doubt you will run across this motivated young lady - do yourself a favor, and take a couple of minutes to talk to her. I've always been so impressed by someone who cares about what I have to say and think - she makes you feel good about our community and inspires us.
