Comedian Carlos Mencia thinks Americans need laughter, which is why he's out on the road and bringing his stand-up show to the Belle Mehus Auditorium in downtown Bismarck on Friday, June 3rd.

Mencia has stayed out of the spotlight, for the most part, since his Comedy Central show 'Mind of Mencia' was canceled and he was accused of stealing material from a handful of different comedians.

Taking time off has given Mencia a new love of stand-up comedy and he feels like the time is now for him to be out on the road, bringing laughter to audiences all over the country.

Throughout our interview, which you can hear in its entirety above, Mencia talks about how no one is safe from his wrath, whether it be presidential nominees or just Americans in general. He also discusses his current projects, including his podcast, and upcoming projects, including a pair of TV specials.

Tickets to see Carlos Mencia at the Belle Mehus Auditorium on Saturday, June 3rd, are on sale now at the Bismarck Event Center box office, all Ticketmaster outlets, JadePresents.com, and charge by phone at (800) 745-3000.
