So what good is a survey some people might ask?
That's a question that some people will have, somewhat doubting if any of their actual input would matter - but it does. The questions are simply there to find out how much you are connected with Tyler Parkway, Valley Drive, and Cogburn Road.
: Project Purpose :
The City of Bismarck is proposing an extension of Tyler Parkway between Valley Drive and Cogburn Road across Tyler Coulee. This project has been recommended by numerous studies dating back to 1996. This project would improve the connectivity in NW Bismarck and allow Bismarck and area residents a more direct route for their trip selection. The connection would also improve the response time for emergency services in the area. With the project, a key goal is to ensure safe and efficient travel for all users.
: Project Scope :
The proposed project will include the construction of Tyler Parkway between Valley Drive and Cogburn Road. Additionally, safety improvements will be studied along the corridor between Century Avenue and Ash Coulee Drive.
This project is being funded through the half-cent sales tax.
