Five Fast Food Restaurants Bismarck-Mandan Needs

If you've never had the fries from Checkers/Rally's, you've never truly had good fast food fries. Sure, you can get Checkers/Rally's fries in the frozen food section at your local grocery store, but it's just not the same.

Checkers/Rally's fries are, without a doubt, the best fries in fast food.

When I lived in Missouri, I worked just a few blocks away from a Sonic. Unfortunately, I only spent seven months there, so I didn't truly get to enjoy Sonic as much as I would have wanted.

Their drink options are out-of-this-world and their food is pretty damn good, too. Plus, they have some of the best commercials on TV, which makes me want it even more.

Is there anything better than a good burrito joint? The answer to that question is, 'No.' Granted, we do have some fantastic burrito options in Bismarck-Mandan, like Panchero's, Taco Del Mar, and Qdoba, but adding one more, like Chipotle, wouldn't be a bad thing, would it?

Of course, it wouldn't. The more burrito joints, the better.

You don't realize how much you truly enjoy a place until you can't get it anymore and that's how I feel about Long John Silver's. Every so often, I just want a quick fast food seafood dish from a place that focuses on seafood.

Oh, and hush puppies. I could really use some hush puppies right about now.

Much like burrito joints, can you ever have too many sandwich places? Again, Bismarck-Mandan already has great options, like Subway, Quiznos, Schlotzsky's, and Erbert and Gerbert's, but there's something about Charley's Grilled Subs that I just really, really miss.

Then again, it might not be the sandwiches at all. It could be their awesome lemonade, which might be the best in fast food.
