I'm confident I can speak for 99.9% of us here in Bismarck, Mandan, and all of North Dakota...

...when I say it is unthinkable to imagine the complete lack of heart, the cruel act of someone or some people just recently along Highway 83, near Williston. What was

going on in the mind of the person or persons who put 3 helpless cats inside a tote? Trapped and scared, left alongside the road without a single stitch of concern, not even

giving a second thought if they lived or died. Why? Why?

Just yesterday Central Dakota Humane Society posted this on their Facebook page:

"Three guesses what was in this tote that was found along Hwy 83 near Wilton.

1) A cat
2) A cat
3) Another cat
Thankfully, they are now safe at CDHS"
I have some questions, and once again, I'm confident that I'm not the only one.
"Was there a moment you considered that if you were incapable of taking care of these animals any longer, you could have brought these cats into a shelter or a facility somewhere?"
Maybe a phone call or two - even taking a couple of minutes to search on Google for some responsible ways to handle this?
The over 100 comments on the Bismarck People Reporting News Facebook Page...
...has the same mindset that I do. One such remark said it all:
"The person that dumped them literally gave them almost no chance at survival. Lucky someone investigated and found them. Messed up"  I don't know how you could
possibly live with yourself. I really don't. Shame on you
