Researchers at Writing Tips looked at the average number of Google searches in each state for learning a language.

After analyzing data over several months, they found that North Dakotans are very interested in learning several languages. That said, there is one people are searching for the most.

The number one language North Dakotans are interested in learning, is Spanish. This probably isn't too surprising, as it is spoken by 534 million people, and almost 13 percent of the U.S. population speaks it, according to the source.

North Dakotan's were found to be doing a lot of Google searches about the language, such as: "How to learn Spanish," and "Spanish classes near me."

Overall, in the country, Spanish is the most popular language people are tying to learn.
