2025: Spirit Halloween Opening Soon In Bismarck

Spooky season is upon us!

Ok, well, not quite, but it has been taking every inch of self-restraint for me not to go all out and start decorating.

Halloween is a favorite holiday for many North Dakotans, and it is creeping into our timelines, stores, and TVs. One thing you will notice in Bismarck pretty soon is that a favorite Halloween store will be opening soon.

You might think it's too soon for the store to open, but with Halloween-themed parties happening every other night throughout the month of October, it might be good to start brainstorming those costume ideas and planning your yard displays.

According to Spirit Halloween's website, the Bismarck store is set to open this month. That's right, Spirit Halloween is wasting exactly zero time getting set up. The exact date wasn't mentioned, but rumors are swirling.

The North Dakota Horror Fans Facebook page, believes the Bismarck store will open August 16th. Personally, I hope that's true.

Oh, and keep in mind, Bismarck's Spirit Halloween will not be located in the old Bed Bath & Beyond location this year. You will find it inside the recently closed Jo Ann Fabrics building at the Gateway Mall.

We contacted the Gateway Mall for confirmation on opening dates, but were not permitted access to that information.
