North Dakota airline travelers will have a new direct service to one of the largest airports in the country.

According to an article from KVRR-TV in Fargo, Fargo's Hector International Airport will give North Dakota a great option if you want to fly to the southeast part of the country.

Delta Airlines will offer non-stop service from Fargo to Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

I've flown into Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson Airport before, and it's right up there with LAX, and Chicago's O'Hare as one of the busiest airports in the United States. You'd better know where you are going, or it will make your head spin.

When will these flights be offered out of North Dakota?

These direct non-stop flights from Fargo to Atlanta will begin late this year, starting on December 20th, 2025 (just in time for your Christmas travel).

Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson Airport is Delta's largest hub. Delta will use a CRJ900 aircraft to carry its passengers between the two cities.

Earlier this year, Fargo's Hector Airport previously had a very limited schedule to Atlanta, and they have been working with Delta to put in the daily service since.

Here is your itinerary if you would like to take this flight when it begins in late December.
