
UPDATE: Fleeing, Potentially Dangerous Suspects SW Of Mandan
A potentially dangerous situation took place yesterday, June 2nd, 2025, in North Dakota.
This all began in Sioux County at approximately 10:38 am, when the Sioux County Sheriff's Department pursued a vehicle from Sioux County into Morton County along Highway 6.
According to a press release from the North Dakota Highway Patrol, NDHP Troopers and Morton County Sheriff's Deputies responded to assist with the pursuit.
North Dakota Highway Patrol Troopers took over the primary of the pursuit as the vehicle continued to flee along rural Morton County roads and off-road to evade law enforcement.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol Aircraft was also called in to monitor the pursuit.
The pursued vehicle finally came to a stop in the area of 44th Street and 27th Avenue in Morton County, where 3 individuals fled on foot. This area is along the Heart River, west/southwest of Mandan.
Officers searched the area on foot and by air but were not initially able to locate the suspects and ultimately discontinued the search. The suspects were considered dangerous.
UPDATE:
Then, at approximately 4:32 pm on June 2nd, 2025, two of the individuals were apprehended in rural Morton County without incident. The third individual was apprehended in rural Morton County at 5:10 pm, also without incident.
The names of the individuals apprehended and the charges:
Ceejay Siers, 26, Mandaree, Aggravated reckless driving, Refusal to halt, Fleeing a police officer, and Possession of a controlled substance.
Natiala Raine Eagle, 25, Mandaree, Possession of a controlled substance, and Refusal to halt.
David Wayne Warrick, 41, Mandan, Refusal to halt, Possession of a controlled substance, and Tampering with evidence.
Thankfully, this incident ended without injuries or loss of life.
