I'll take a Northern. I'm sorry, yes- a Northern, please. Plus some flying-style burgers. Yup.

"Same business under the same location"

DATE: September 22, 2021 FROM: Jason Tomanek, Assistant City Administrator ITEM: A & B Pizza Bismarck, Inc. New Owners for Class F1 Restaurant Liquor License REQUEST: Approval of transfer for the A & B Pizza Class F1 Restaurant Liquor license located at 311 South 7th Street to new owner and to declare the conveyance not to be a transfer under Bismarck Ordinance 5-01-01. Please place this item on the September 28, 2021 City Commission meeting agenda

"RECOMMENDED CITY COMMISSION ACTION: Considering that the business will remain titled with A&B Pizza, even though it has new corporate owners, staff recommends the exemption to requiring another license fee on top of the one paid by the current owner under Bismarck Ordinance 5-01-01(15)(f) since it will be the same business at the same location, 311 South 7th Street.

That from a request for the City Administration to verify the transfer under the same licenses held...pretty much guaranteeing a continuance of the current license under new ownership under the current City Administration. So what say you all?

Is it a furtherance of the long-standing A&B tradition?  Let us go back and take a look at that history...

A&B Pizza was started in April of 1969 by Alvin Heier and Barb Barth and has since become a family tradition in the Bismarck and Mandan communities. Now in the 3rd generation of family ownership, we are dedicated to keeping the tradition of A&B alive.

Our special family recipe gives our sauce a spicy unique flavor that can’t be found anywhere else. We pride ourselves on using the freshest ingredients possible. Our  ough is made fresh each day. We use only 100% beef from a local butcher shop to make our taco meat which has made our taco pizza one of our most popular pizzas today. Our own, specially-seasoned, fresh pork sausage has made our House Special pizza famous.

At A&B Pizza, we offer a variety of other menu items including our signature handmade fleishkuecle. Our fast, friendly service and amazing pizza have made us Bismarck Tribune’s Readers’ Choice for Best Pizza 8 years running!

You better believe it...TACO PIZZA!

And a flying style on the side please,  Nothing lasts forever, but those that are up to the task shall reap the success of the past while keeping up with the trends of the present.

Meaning...don't "f" up The Northern.  Welcome to the game and may you stay successful!
