Today I found out how cool it is to try a place that is truly unique...

...the unfortunate side to that is I also discovered what a boring person I have been. So now I am here to tell you about a unique place that has a lot of character and good food. You will find Nara Ramen at 309 N.3rd St -I had a chance to stop in this place along with a couple of co-workers:

Amy the owner greeted us as we sat down

Like many charming places, Amy makes sure her guests are taken care of right away - within a minute or so we were presented with Taro Milk Tea, Kumquat Lemon & Galaxy Tea strawberry flavor. Once again a new experience for me.

This is Gyoza, Jalapeño Poppers & Nara chicken yakitori.  A perfect warm-up before lunch or dinner.

The second you enter Nara Ramen you immediately feel comfortable, and know that this place is special

If you are somewhat in a hurry, and you just want to relax and have a quick drink, their bar is ideal. I describe this as a downtown Bismarck feel.
