This isn't just a story about a local restaurant, these are my observations on real people who "Treat others...

...how they want to be treated" - It's as simple as that. Lately, we have been reading the sad news about several chain restaurants in North Dakota closing for good. In Fargo, they shut the doors for good on three of these popular hamburger drive-ins. Here in Bismarck, Burger King lost one of its own - the one over at 3102 Yorktown Drive put up a "Temporarily closed for business" sign over a week ago. There are now only two left. Today I drove over to the one I frequent the most, here in Mandan. I wanted to walk in and talk with some of the most polite employees ( of any business you will ever visit ) and thank them.

"YOU RULE"

I probably cruise in and out of this place at least twice a month. I asked Sage, James, and Ashley how many Burger Kings were left in BisMan - "Just two, this one and the other over on 3rd street. The sign UNDERNEATH the sign says it all. "YOU RULE" - that's how Mandan Burger King treats its customers - always with a smile and an unlimited supply of "Your welcome". That's textbook manners for you. With so much negativity from social media, and people writing in their comments about restaurants that have closed, I wanted to make it a point of recognizing those people who work hard and enjoy their work.

Just remember as you drive away reaching for an onion ring, that people like Sage, James, and Ashley take pride in their work
