ND Women Finds Out The Hard Way – Experts Make Mistakes
Now, don't get me wrong, but I think it's pretty safe to say we all take things for granted
What did my opening sentence mean exactly? There are some things in life we get used to doing, like cleaning the house once a week, or heading to the store and making sure we are good to go. These kinds of things are what we all know as chores. We do this without even thinking, and of course, we try to maintain all the other important things in life; taking care of our car is one of them.
We all have our strengths and weaknesses - mine is how a car runs
I know that I need to make sure my engine is taken care of - checking all four tires is a must, but without a doubt, making sure my car's oil is checked and changed on a routine basis. I know some people who actually change their own oil, and that amazes me. I have no problem whatsoever with bringing my car to the experts - either around the corner from us, or to a specific oil change place. Once again, I take for granted their ability.
A Fargo woman did the very same thing
Kasey Pankow decided to take her car to a Jiffy Lube for a routine oil change. According to valleynewslive.com "Kasey Pankow, is twenty-weeks-pregnant and was set to drive to her future home in Washington when she brought her 2015 Ford Escape to Jiffy Lube on 10th Street for a routine oil change.“I made it one minute from the corner of 10th Street to the corner of University before my car absolutely died,” After having her car towed, it was discovered that somehow, someway Jiffy Lube simply forgot "to put oil in the car, among other issues"
The solution
"An employee from the oil change shop says that the company’s provider will be working to achieve a resolution." - so once again I say. it's easy to take things for granted.
