It’s All Yours Reed Timmer – The Dominator 3 In North Dakota
I'm sorry, Mr Timmer, if you ever come out this way and offer free rides, I'll have to pass
Last Friday, North Dakota faced the wrath of Mother Nature - the power and strength of a storm that was destructive and extremely dangerous. This is Reed Timmer's Dominator 3 - If you didn't know by now, he chases storms, and by the looks of this vehicle, Its probably seen its share of weather challenges.
I know that Hollywood has made its share of storm-chasing movies, but I'm guessing Reed can just laugh at how much they fall short in capturing the real dangers up close and personal.I can't even begin to imagine how horrific the sights and sounds of a tornado spinning right at you at devastating speeds would be like. Take a look at the Dominator 3.
Reed Timmer’s Dominator 3, the day after Reed and his team drove through an EF-4
Who would even think about testing the size and power of an EF-4? Reed Timmer and his team did. "Reed Timmer’s Dominator 3 the day after Reed and his team drove through an EF-4 or EF-5 tornado near Spiritwood, North Dakota on June 20, 2025. #tornado #stormchaser Reed Timmer Extreme Meteorologist" Here is a video off of YouTube from June 22nd -
Check out some amazing facts I found on Google
USA Today reported "An EF5 rated tornado has wind speeds of 201 mph or greater. to the weather service, some of the descriptions of damage include: "Well constructed homes are swept away, steel-reinforced concrete structures are critically damaged, trees are usually completely debarked, stripped of branches and snapped." Reed Timmer has been chasing tornadoes for 26 years ( I wouldn't go within 26 miles for 26 seconds ) - All I can say is that it takes guts to do that, and a fascination that is admirable.
