If you have photos of the eclipse you'd like to share with us, please don't hesitate. Our attempt was a disaster.

We were told when the eclipse reached totality in our area, it would be as dark as it is at sunset. That didn't happen in our experience.

I went out to Chief's Looking Village at about 12:20. Many other people were also there waiting for the eclipse to hit its peak.

At 12:42, I took a panoramic picture. It featured a picture of the sun but also the landscape. It was meant to be a 'before totality' picture.

Ten minutes later, at 12:52, the alleged 'peak' of the solar eclipse, I took another panorama.

I know what you're thinking. It looks the same. I took another panorama at 1:02.

It's all the same! Maybe I would have seen something different if I had solar eclipse glasses.

Did you have better results viewing the eclipse? We obviously have no idea what we're doing over here.
