Popular Bismarck Store Closing - Everything Must Go

I mean, sure your first thoughts are on possibly saving some money - see what kind of deals you can find. Then it starts to hit you, some people are losing their jobs, and owners' dreams fading away, either due to lack of business, or that time has finally come to call it the end.

A local, family-owned gift boutique in downtown Bismarck, ND…Bismarcks Unique Little Boutique - Punky's is closing its doors for good. Last December 1st they posted some sad news:

.it is with a heavy heart that we have had to make the difficult decision that this will be our last Holiday season in business!

We have been blessed beyond measure and are so very grateful for each and every one of you and for all the support you have given us through the years.

To our wonderful customers, you have become like family to us so I am so sorry, I am so sad and I will miss you all so very much, but after 7 years, we are just ready to retire. It’s been a roller coaster of a ride in this F’d up (sorry but not sorry…it really sucks) economy but we have loved being a part of this community, loved getting to know you all and have loved seeing your smiling faces every time you’ve walked through our front doors.

We love our customers and hope that you all felt this each and every time you’ve shopped in our store. We could not of had this amazing ride without you! So a huge thank you to each and every one of you for making us want to come to work each and every day! Thank YOU…truly!"
