Here's how you can participate in this years Polar Plunge.

The Polar bear plunge is a yearly ritual that is usually done for a special cause with people who are adventurous and a little nutty.

Saturday morning take the plunge and support the Special Olympics, the Polar Plunge is organized by North Dakota Law enforcement and takes places in the Scheels parking lot at the Kirkwood mall.

Earlier today, Bismarck-Mandan celebrated a beautiful day on the dock of Captain Freddy's. The Polar Plunge united people in Batman,Tigger, Clown, and Robin costumes to jump  in the bay for a good cause. Check out Matt from 96.5 The Fox sacrifice for the Polar Plunge.
