UMary’s Devan Douglas Officially Part of Harlem Globetrotters Rookie Class

Former University of Mary basketball star and former State Farm Slam Dunk Champion is officially going on tour with the Harlem Globetrotters beginning Dec. 26.

Douglas was drafted by the Globetrotters back in June and has been training with them ever since and attending different events.

The Globetrotters announced their official 'rookie roster' earlier this week and Devan 'Beast' Douglas is very much a part of it.

The Globetrotters will begin their 2017 world tour on Dec. 26 and have dates scheduled all the way through June.

There are no plans right now for Devan Douglas to return to Bismarck however the Globetrotters will be in Fargo at Scheel's Arena on April 20.

Douglas is originally from Davenport, Iowa.
