This handsome fella is 8 weeks old, and he is a man trailing bloodhound. You may wonder if he has been recruited strictly for his good looks and charm. That's not the case at all. What does it take to become a North Dakota Highway Patrol recruit? First of all his partner is Trooper Heisler and they are located in the Northeast Region of the state. Training is already underway, and it's not easy.
