This Bismarck Place Is Always Textbook Positive About Life
This is always what I think when I read or hear anything about this Bismarck restaurant
There is nothing more encouraging than someone with a positive attitude, in life and in the workplace. His name is Chef Marty Lee, and he is a textbook example of someone who leads with integrity and perseverance. Throughout the years, this Bismarck restaurant has survived whatever has been thrown at it - the trying times of COVID-19, rising costs, and even labor issues.

His honesty and complete transparency are what impress me the most
Today, he ( Noodzip ) put out a post on Facebook, giving us all an update. Of course, his first sentence was..."I want to share something honestly with our guests and community..." He talked about the building where his Noodzip sits is up for sale. Obviously, he has a plan and doesn't foresee him and the business giving up.
"If I were able to purchase this building, it would allow for more stable monthly costs,
potential housing upstairs, kitchen upgrades, expanded delivery options,
and the ability to operate seven days a week.
This restaurant is deeply personal to me.
I designed and built this space myself, piece by piece.
Bismarck has become home. My daughter has grown up here, and I truly want to stay.
Rather than looking back someday with regret, I’m choosing courage and asking for help.
If anyone is interested in investment, partnership, or simply wants to learn more,
please feel free to reach out.
Even continued support and encouragement mean more than you know.
With sincere gratitude,
Chef Marty Lee"
More power to Chef Marty Lee for never giving up...
