I have to say, most of us are usually pretty level-headed when the rumors start flying around

Think about how many times you have come across a couple of people, maybe at your workplace, or out in public, tossing around the latest rumor - "I heard __ and __ is opening a brand new place out here in Mandan, or Bismarck" Here is what I have found to be true, most of these rumors start on Social Media - like on the Bismarck People Reporting News Facebook Page - just one post and everyone chimes in with their opinion or GUESSES.

I will tell you this: IF THIS rumor turns out to be true, I WILL drive out to Fargo in a heartbeat

While surfing Facebook yesterday, I came across this little bit of information ( if that's what you want to call it )  - From the Eat The FM Area Page, here is what was posted:

Eat The FM Area is  feeling optimistic in Fargo.  ( Well so am I for that matter )

" Foodie Rumor Alert!

"Could the rumors be true?! Word on the street is that IN-N-OUT might be moving into the old Mexican Village spot!
Nothing confirmed yet… but if it happens, this could be huge for the FM Area food scene!
What do you think — fact or just foodie fiction?     ( Sadly, I say fiction, as in "No way" )
Sorry, I'm NOT trying to be a downer
IF you are curious, there are 424 In-N-Out restaurants around the country. The restaurant chain's current operating states are California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Colorado, and Idaho, and it has not announced plans to expand to North Dakota
