The TV show will be aired early this fall.

David Sabbath of Three Dog Films is producing  a pilot about the emerging craft beer industry and the effect it has on culture and the communities it exists in. He's going to be coming to the Bismarck area on August 23rd to shoot segments in the Donut and Beer fest as well as visit a number of tap houses in the area with me.

One thing I've noticed about Bismarck is the enthusiasm to try new things and slowly the beer culture is moving into town. Now we get to document it.

Here's the official word from the press release:

Sabbath selected North Dakota as the filming location for the pilot. “I’ve pointed a
camera at something; interviewed someone and enjoyed a craft beer in every state but
North Dakota. It just seemed like the logical next step and really unique choice,” said Sabbath.
Sabbath, who will also host and write the pilot, has lined up events and interviews such
as the Bismarck Donut and Beer Festival, Fargo Author Danielle Teigan, Enchanted
Highway artist Gary Greff, Carol Peterson of the Midland Continental Depot Transportation Museum Featuring Peggy Lee, Dave Archambault II, of the Standing
Rock Sioux tribe; Angie Pelton, Director of the North Dakota Brewer’s Guild; DJ Frank Gallo of 96.5 The Fox; and Rap Artist Kipp G. Additionally, his camera will be pointed
inside several breweries and taprooms across the state.
“People are always happy to discuss their loves and lives over a cold beer,” added
Sabbath.

It'll be a fun time when they come in a couple of weeks, I can taste the beer already!
