Well, probably not a good idea to sing "It's a CBD World After All" when you are visiting Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Why? Just last year the Disney police hauled in a 69-year-old Hester Burkhalter - a somewhat nice wholesome granny from Hickory, North Carolina. She was visiting the park along with the rest of her family when she was arrested for possession of federally legal CBD oil ( Cannabidiol ) - it is an essential component of medical marijuana, derived directly from the hemp plant. Was she disturbing Mickey and Donald Duck? The Orange County Sheriff took over after the Disney police released her. The info is that she was arrested and detained, then they continued to process her as a narcotics felon - then strip-searched ( unfortunately for her Goofy did not perform the search ). The nightmare continued for the grey-haired senior "smelling like pot" citizen, she was subjected to drug-sniffing dogs, she threw up on route to the police station, and she was refused medical attention.

Now "Old Ma" Hester is seeking revenge - as in a HUGE money civil lawsuit against "The Walt Disney Company and a number of its executives as well as the Orange County Sheriff and a number of its deputies alleging illegal detention, false arrest and violation of civil rights"  according to her lawyer Ben Crump. He also said that his client was using the CBD oil to treat arthritis ( per her doctor's suggestion ), she also was asked if there was any THC ( Tetrahydrocannabinol - the main-altering ingredient found in the Cannabis plant ) she said there wasn't any, the bottle even said 0%.

No news on if Disney will use any of their storied characters in the upcoming trial, although rumor is that Pluto is one hell of a lawyer. For more on this story click here.
