NOW that I got your attention - first of all, who wouldn't want to wear one of these beautiful jerseys?

Have you been to a Bismarck Larks game this year? There is nothing better than sitting out in the sun, having a cold one, and just feeling a hometown love for such a positive organization. Check out how you can proudly wear this cool-looking jersey:

The Bismarck Larks and Farmers Union Insurance are hosting the 8th Annual Jersey Giveaway on Wednesday, June 26 at the parking lot of Bismarck Municipal Ballpark starting at 8am. Fans who bring three non-perishable food items will be able to pick up a free jersey - only 1,000 are available. Early arrival is recommended as jerseys are handed out on a first-come, first-served basis. Each food donation directly benefits families and individuals in the Bismarck and further North Dakota area through the Great Plains Food Bank. Last year, the Larks collected over 2,650 pounds of food, which helped to feed thousands of people. The Great Plains Food Bank received a total of 13,416,615 pounds of food, which turned into 11,180,512 meals distributed in 2023.

“The Jersey Giveaway event is bigger than taking home Larks apparel,” Larks Chief Experience Officer Rob Williamson said. “It’s the largest and fastest food drive in the state of North Dakota every year. With 1,000 free jerseys to give out in exchange for three canned food items, we expect to give over 3,000 items again with the help of our amazing Larks fans here in the Bismarck-Mandan community and beyond.”

The Great Plains Food Bank is a volunteer-based organization that serves as the only food bank in the state of North Dakota. Launched in 1983, it serves as a food recovery and distribution center to recover food that otherwise would go to waste. Volunteers distribute the food to a network of more than 200 partner food pantries, shelters, and soup kitchens across the region.

Since starting the Larks Jersey Giveaway eight years ago, Farmers Union Insurance has sponsored food drives for jerseys in various parts of the state including campaigns with the Minot Minotauros, the Badlands Big Sticks, and other sports organizations.

Fans can RSVP for the event at the Larks Facebook Event page and see which of their friends are planning on attending:
