A Simple Anonymous Post Shows Genuine Love In Bismarck

The above title of this story is the absolute best way I can describe a recent post on social media

This is one of my favorite places to check out on Facebook - Bismarck People Reporting News ( BPRN ) - pretty much the hub of all that's happening in Bismarck and Mandan. Of course, this social media platform always offers a range of opinions - those who assert themselves on BPRN will vent about an issue or event in our city, and literally expect a pouring of responses back - some people in support, and others can be quite toxic ( which is WHY so many are anonymous ) - some days I come across a true gem.

The part I love so much is that this person is anonymous

No fanfare, no hype, just true concern and care for others. Here is what I came across this morning - this was posted early this morning: ( Tuesday, October 21, 2025 )

" I’m not really sure how to word this, but does anyone know where a lot of homeless people reside in Bismarck, Mandan? I wanna buy some pizzas and hand it out to give back! Please let me know!"

As of 2:30 this afternoon, there are over 120 comments - one such response was this:

"I think this is an amazing thing for you to do, but there are so many resources around town that there should be no reason people are going hungry. Heavens Helpers Soup Cafe feeds daily and will send you away with snacks, the Dream Center….."

In my opinion, this is what we need the most - PEOPLE who care for one another, and simply inspiring others to do the same.
