University of North Dakota and North Dakota State Extend Men’s Basketball Series
The men's basketball teams at the University of North Dakota and North Dakota State will continue to play each other twice a year over the next four years, the schools announced on Thursday (8/18).
Since 2010, UND and NDSU have played each other twice a season, with one game happening in Grand Forks and the other in Fargo.
The series will resume during the 2016-17 season, with the first game being scheduled for December 7th at the Scheels Center in Fargo and the second game being scheduled nine days later, December 16th, at the Betty Engelstad Sioux Center in Grand Forks.
Beginning in the 2017-18 season, the teams will play one game in November and one game in December. That will continue through the following two seasons, according to UNDSports.com.
