Keep in mind now - innocent until proven guilty

The above 4 words, "innocent until proven guilty," are what we have tried to follow as the right way, and the honest way to live. Try and imagine how many people have been accused of a crime and have already been condemned by social media without any credible evidence. There was a Facebook post earlier today that caused quite a stir.

Ward County Sheriffs Department posted this earlier today on their Facebook page

"If you were in attendance at the Turn Up, ND! concert last night at the NDSF and were inappropriately touched by a black male wearing a sweater. Please contact the Ward County Sheriff’s Department.

The Ward County Sheriff’s Department received a report from concert security that a black male was inappropriately touching females and potentially taking photographs or video of them"
My first thought was, there has to be some kind of video on this person. Right?
At the time of my reading this post ( 4:00 pm Friday ), there were over 100 comments. None of whom I saw had any pictures or videos of this person that the police are trying to find. Some of the comments made a lot of sense to me - like this one:
"Do we have a description at least? Black and wearing a sweater isn't really narrowing anything down. More of a description would be cool. Maybe he wears the sweater all the time and simply saying what the sweater looked like would help"
I looked for more info from the Ward County Sheriff's Department, and found none.
So my question is was this just one person who made a complaint to the police or were there other women who were touched as well? I'm all about justice and finding the person or persons who are responsible for any accusations, just hope that this is resolved.
