Bismarck/Mandan anytime you need to head north I suggest always taking River Road/Highway 1804. You can skip the traffic on State Street/Highway 83 and enjoy the scenery along the Missouri River. I've always been fascinated with the Washburn area and the abundance of wildlife along the river.

Not to mention the abundance of wildlife standing on the road as well.

I figured living in the Washburn area along the river would be pretty awesome. Looking at this home on the river's edge really proves that point. Unfortunately, I don't have the half million dollars it's going to take to move in. Full disclosure, it's priced a little higher than that at $555,000.

Could be a few more if you decide to climb on board. It's not too much of a commute to Bismarck/Mandan or maybe you just tell your boss that you'll be working from home.
