Here are 5 tips on how to avoid some notoriously ( a few of these may be rumors by the way ) creepy things or traditions on Halloween night in Bismarck/Mandan

1) Watch out for the ghost or ghosts who think it's funny to throw a pumpkin at your head off the Bismarck Capitol building...
