A new trend is spreading around the country - could it come here?

Here is an easy question to answer, and you might be guilty of this yourself. How many times have you been sitting at the dinner table, at a local restaurant, and you see someone on their phone? Whether they are talking, messaging, or just browsing on the internet, their phone is always right there with them. It happens pretty much everywhere I go. Well, listen, if this is extra annoying to you, we could have something quite unique and brilliant coming to Bismarck and Mandan soon.

What a beautiful and simple idea, many will not like it though. Some restaurants around the country are banning cell phones at the dinner table ( listen up all you haters, there are some incentives set up for those who comply ). foxnews.com has this upfront and center to catch your eye "Diners at a growing number of restaurants and bars are being asked to stash away their phones — or even lock them up — as part of a push for more memorable nights out.The trend is gaining traction across the U.S., with more spots experimenting with restrictions, incentives or locked pouches,"

"Even Chick-fil-A has tested the tactic with a Maryland location offering free ice cream to families who keep phones off the table"

I think I could easily leave my phone at home for an hour or two, how about you?
