Traditions mean so much to so many people...

...and it should. Sadly some of them come to an end. This one such establishment has been around for 14 years, serving its community, and being a huge part of Fargo, North Dakota. Most of us can tell you all about our favorite restaurant or bar - where we love to relax and be with friends. It's a compliment to the owner or owners and the employees who treat their customers like family - like this company for instance.

"After 14 years of blood, sweat, and beers, Fargo Brewing Company will bid farewell to the community we’ve loved so much..."

Yesterday Fargo Brewing Company put out a classy, emotional post on its Facebook page - saying "Goodbye"

"After 14 years of blood, sweat, and beers, Fargo Brewing Company will bid farewell to the community we’ve loved so much. Our last day of operations will be Wednesday, November 27th.

While this may be goodbye, we feel tremendous gratitude for this community, the connections we’ve made with our customers (many of whom have become dear friends), and the craft beer community as a whole. Craft beer is alive and well in our region, but it thrives only with your continued support.
This may be the final chapter of the Fargo Brewing Company story, but our industry needs your help to keep writing the stories of other breweries in the area.
In the coming weeks, please stop by the taproom to share stories and raise a toast with our staff, who have worked tirelessly on this journey. Stock up on off-sale cans, fill your growlers, and savor the taste that is uniquely Fargo Brewing Company.
We’ll be announcing plans for an official “last call” very soon and hope you can join us as we bid farewell.
Thank you for being a part of our journey.
—Fargo Brewing Company
That is the perfect way to stay positive, by thanking those who supported them for years and for encouraging their community to embrace other businesses. A class act for sure, and they will be missed.
