A FREE "Gardening To Feed A Family" class will be offered in Bismarck this weekend!

Whether you are a professional gardener or are new to gardening, there is an upcoming class that will teach you tips and tricks for your best gardening season yet - it is the "Gardening To Feed A Family" class. Coming up this Saturday, March 13, at the Bisman Community Food Co-op, you can brush up on your gardening knowledge and learn a thing or two before your spring planting gets underway!

According to Eventbrite, this weekend's "Gardening To Feed A Family" Class is a free event where both new and seasoned gardeners will be able to learn tips and tricks for their best gardens. Eventbrite states that local gardener Lisa Geiger will teach the class-goers about planning a garden, sourcing seeds, planting tips for North Dakota summers, preserving your harvest, and avoiding frost. All of these tips will help gardeners with self-sufficiency and a healthy lifestyle!
Unlike my talented mother, I do not have a green thumb. I have killed everything from a catnip plant all the way to plants that hardly need water. So, a class like "Gardening To Feed A Family" will be a great opportunity for me to learn about what I have been doing wrong all these years!
