It's pretty remarkable how your body can learn to adapt to weather conditions

When I moved to Fargo, North Dakota almost seven years ago, I had not a clue what the weather was going to be like. I mean, yes I saw the movie "Fargo", and I was aware of weather conditions that were JUST a little different than my hometown of San Diego, California. I remember that day when I arrived at the airport in Minneapolis, it was in March, and the temps were in the low 30's. My boss picked me up, and he was wearing shorts, and I was stunned. The sun was out, and I was in shock. I think I said to him "Aren't You Freezing Your A** Off?"

In Alexandria, Minnesota a family having fun proved that you CAN FREEZE your ...umm...PANTS Off

I never thought back in 2014 that I would get used to the drastic weather change, but amazingly I can sit outside and smoke a cigar at -1 ( 3 sweatshirts, one jacket ). I know this has been done before, but I don't think I have ever seen someone so giddy. According to news.yahoo.com " In a charming Minnesotan accent, @yooperjanet explained what -28 degrees Fahrenheit with a -48-degree Fahrenheit wind chill factor was like in Alexandria, Minn. Apparently, it was so cold that anything she placed outside pretty much instantly froze" So check out her TikTok video down below and see if you get as excited as she does when you are poking at a pair of frozen pants. @yooperjanet TikTok
