“Hoops, Hype, & High-Flying Fun-Harlem Globetrotters Land in ND”
I love basketball movies - remember when the movie Hoosiers came out?
A movie based on a true story about a small Indiana High School basketball team defying all odds and making it to the State Championship game. Going up against a much taller and larger school, the simplicity of the game of basketball is to "shoot a rubber ball through an iron hoop."
The beautiful thing about the movie is that it's a "David Vs Goliath" theme at the end, and really, we all can and want to relate. There is something really special to watch our Bismarck, Mandan athletes do well.
