Well Bismarck and Mandan, did you get your fill of candy and chocolate on Valentine's Day?

For some reason, I have never been a "Chocolate" person, and I know that is almost a sin for most people - who pretty much are in love with it. Speaking of that, we just passed another Valentine's Day, filled with roses and an abundance of sweets - for your "Sweets". So what's next for all you BisMan sweet tooths? Well, Easter comes to mind, I remember many times waking up to a basket filled to the brim with fake grass, jelly beans, and a boatload of chocolate.

Don't mean to burst your bubble

However, there are some items you need to be aware of when it comes to your health. According to bestlifeonline.com "... a Feb. 28 recall notice from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Russell Stover Chocolates (based in Kansas City, Missouri) is voluntarily recalling some of its Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cups. The chocolate candies were sold in 2.4-ounce plastic bags and distributed to wholesale and retail stores across the country" Here is a snapshot of the Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cup that have been pulled:

"Consumers reached out and said they received the wrong product in the packaging of the peanut butter cups"

The culprit is the "...potential presence of undeclared pecans..." There are some other items of concern you can check out by clicking here. Don't lose your sweet tooth, just be more aware!
