This has to be one of my favorite pictures I've ever seen

Take a long look at the cover picture of this article -Huge smiles all around! We live in a fast-paced world these days. Some days/weeks, all it seems like we have on our minds is to go through our daily routine - rush to make it to work on time - Monday through Friday mostly just drags along until FINALLY the weekend. We forget about the good old days - and the neighborhood lemonade stands.

Instant stress relief

This is another thing I noticed about the cover picture - leave your worries behind and walk up to all the smiles at a Lincoln, North Dakota, lemonade stand. There standing tall by the young citrus sellers, a Lincoln police officer. Sadly, there are still those people that either fear the police for no reason, or just hate on them. This picture captures community involvement to perfection.

"...We'll make sure to bring the badge stickers!"

I found this posted on the Lincoln Police Department Facebook page:

"As originally posted by Sarah in the Lincoln, ND Community Group - thank you for capturing the moment and offering some tasty lemonade on a beautiful day! Lincoln PD looks forward to more beautiful days ahead to meet more community members! We'll make sure to bring the badge stickers! 🚓"

So when your day seems to be struggling...

...realize that there are people who make a huge difference in our community - police, and kids manning a lemonade stand - a wonderful example of how life should be.
