The chopper's blade, which can operate unexpectedly during assembly or when not enclosed in the container, is the cause of the recall.

The affected item, with model number MS14100094536S1, is rechargeable, cordless, and has a distinctive green lid, white body, and clear plastic bowl. It comes with a blade attachment consisting of three curved blades on one white plastic spindle. The model number is located on a label attached to the bottom of the clear plastic bowl.

Consumers who own the recalled choppers are urged to stop using them immediately and contact Walmart for a full refund. Bringing the item to the closest Walmart store will start the refund process. The affected units were sold exclusively at Walmart stores nationwide and online at Walmart.com from August 2022 through October 2023, retailing for prices ranging between $10 and $15.
