On Thursday, July 30th your Blizzard order at Dairy Queen is going to do more than just beat the heat. DQ's Miracle Treat Day is a tradition that's been going on since 1984, so for the last 40 years Dairy Queen has been hosting this day of donations, helping local organizations in need of support.

When, Why, & What To Know About Miracle Treat Day

According to Dairy Queen's website, Miracle Treat Day is back again at the end of the month (July 2026). What that means is that when you buy a Blizzard from North Dakota Dairy Queens, $1 or more will go to a great local cause. The money goes to help children at Sanford Children's Hospital in Fargo, the region's Children's Miracle Network hospital.

Keep in mind, not all Dairy Queen locations participate in Miracle Treat Day, check your local store to see if that location is participating.

What The Money Goes To
