Update: When Kwik Trip Will Open Up In North Dakota

Have you ever been to a Kwik Trip convenience store before?

I have; they are numerous in and around the Minneapolis and St. Paul areas of Minnesota.  I spend a lot of time in the Twin Cities as I have family from there, and I have made several Thanksgiving runs to pick up milk for the mashed potatoes or a pumpkin pie.

Kwik Trips are considered the best of the best by the people I know in Minneapolis.

Not only do they offer the usual convenience store-type deals, but most stores also feature a great bakery, deli, car wash, hot food options (including breakfast), and a welcoming atmosphere, to be honest.

They are packed full of customers for a reason, from my experience.

It was announced back in 2023 that North Dakota was getting its very first Kwik Trip, and we now know exactly when.

This chain of convenience stores has locations throughout Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Michigan.  It was first reported in an article on Valley News Live that Kwik Trip is coming to FARGO, North Dakota.

Fargo will actually get TWO brand new Kwik Trip locations, and we now know the dates they will open.

According to an article on CSP, the first Kwik Trip will open at 2530 12th Avenue South on November 20th, 2025. The second store at 4480 Calico Drive South will open on December 11th.

Here's a look at some of the current Kwik Trip locations across Minnesota.

Two additional Kwik Trip locations will also be opening up this fall across the river from Fargo in Moorhead and another one in Dillworth, Minnesota.

It appears that South Dakota will also be getting several Kwik Trips, according to the Kwik Trip website.

I sure hope we get one in Bismarck or better yet, Lincoln?!
