I saw this beautiful boat just Sunday as I was headed towards Mandan. The sun was beaming down on the river while Lewis & Clark sat docked. I thought of the joy that this boat has brought so many people throughout the years - I wondered how soon it would be until I took my first voyage.

Not till at least this Friday (August 6th)

On the Lewis & Clark Riverboat Facebook page last Friday, this was posted:

Due to unforeseen maintenance issues, all cruises have been canceled until Friday, August 6. We apologize for any inconvenience this May cause and encourage you to rebook. I think it's pretty safe to say that we all will remain patient for when the "Greenlight" is given for L & C to set sail once more.

Unforgettable sunsets on the Missouri river

This is no hidden secret you know. The Lewis & Clark Riverboat was built in 1991 - 30 years of taking out parties, business meetings, public tours, and even private charters. When you stop and think about it, there is no better place to be than slowly drifting on the river and watching the sun go down.

Some of us take for granted the simple things in life

After COVID-19 shut down almost everything last year, including Lewis & Clark, it's time to get out and experience the neat things right here in our own city. Living in North Dakota, we all know winter always seems to be "just around the corner" - So get out there and take advantage of OUR Riverboat, and don't forget your camera!
