Mandan’s Warm, Welcoming, Perfect Place To Be
It seemed like just yesterday that I saw a sign posted in an empty parking lot that a brand-new business was about to be built
A coffee shop - with the sign reading "Daily Perks. I first wrote about this place back in August
.For weeks an anticipation of what a new coffee place was building, along with THEIR building
I drove by at least two times a week, watching the whole thing develop. Then one day last month, a non-stop line of cars visited this new java joint. Daily Perks has two
locations in Dickinson ( for the past 12 years ). Today I stopped by and talked with the owner Ben Holms. I wanted to get his thoughts on how they were settling in here in
Mandan. "Everyone is so genuine and happy that we're here - cheering us on" Here is the thing I have noticed - everyone is so real and warm that works there, and that's a
compliment to Ben. Every time I have driven through, I am greeted with two or 3 separate smiles, and immediately asked how my day is going. By the way, my
observation is not alone, it's easy to feel real sincerity when you are around it - take a look at this post and picture and you will agree:

Spreading non stop smiles from everyone that works there...like Mikayla and Carlie...
...And Kayla and Peyton
Earlier this month, Daily Perks gave out $7,760 IN FREE DRINKS!
That was a gesture of goodwill - to welcome all of Mandan AND Bismarck to their amazing place. Ben told me that starting today or tomorrow, buy 10 drinks, get one
free! The really amazing thing is their leadership program - with a growing company locally in North Dakota, Their district manager takes care of Mandan and future
locations. It's all about the work ethic, leadership, and joy they bring. One of Ben's employees told me that they have at least 16 or 17 young rock stars working there -
and every one of them is charming, courteous, and kind. If you haven't had a chance to visit Daily Perks yet, DO IT! You will thank me! Before I forget, do you want to get
someone that perfect birthday present? They sell gift cards there!
