
Mexican Market To Open In Bismarck
A Mexican market called La Tejana Mexican Market will be moving into the former Best Stop C-Store location at 1318 E. Boulevard Avenue.

Elma Rodriguez, along with her sister, Libby Vargas, will make food, including homemade tamales, barbacoa, menudo soup, empanadas, tacos and burritos that customers can take to go. A variety of desserts will also be offered including tres leches, flan, Latin-style snow cones and capirutada.
Seating is also available for those who wish to stay and eat at the convenience store for Hispanic products.
They hope to open within a month to six weeks. Hours will be 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week.
