ND’s Girl Scout Cookie Clock Is Ticking – Don’t Miss Out!

If you haven't seen the Girl Scouts out and about selling their cookies lately, you must live on the moon

This is the time of the year when we are ALL greeted with encouraging, polite smiles - and a display of delightful, delicious treats. For over 100 years, the Scouts have been selling their cookies. According to girlscouts.org since 1917 - "For more than 100 years, Girl Scouts and their enthusiastic supporters have helped ensure the success of the iconic annual cookie sale—and they’ve had fun, developed valuable life skills, and made their communities a better place every step of the way"

Melanie Ryckman's granddaughter Rose has sold 450 boxes so far this year

 Rose's troop is Dakota Horizons, Troop # 87058 -She has been a Girl Scout for 7 years. Her goal is 1500 boxes, she has sold 450 boxes so far. All cookies are $6 each and this is the last year to buy the cookie called Smores. Rose was the Top Seller 4 years out of the 7 years being a Girl Scout. She goes door to door,  sets up at business and has an online store.

Look for Rose quite often inside the Cenex store here in Mandan  ( across the street from our radio station ) - You will often find an extremely proud grandmother along side her. Rose does it. A couple of months ago,she had the coolest pop-up store around. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT FORGET - The last day to buy cookies is March 21^st, 2025..
