Larger space, bigger menu, and a roof over their head

Imagine being used to serving hungry customers for over a year in a tight space, but an efficient mobile food truck. Now they have an actual structure to move into, right across from the city’s town square project ( which is slated to be complete by next fall ). The owners of 'The Grub Tub' Eric Burruss and Michael Barnes are excited to be part of the community and are already in motion for their future -  according to kfyrtv.com “We appreciate it all and we can’t wait to see y’all down here as soon as possible, I mean, we’re working on it the best that we can and we’re going to bring a whole bunch more exciting new things to you guys,”  Check this out, before you know it the summer will be here, and 'The Grub Tub' hopes to have a larger menu, AND their goal is to have rooftop seating along with a bar. Planting themselves firmly on the ground now with huge smiles, and a permanent resting spot for their trusty food truck!
