These Bismarck-Mandan Restaurants Should be Featured on the Food Network
Bismarck and Mandan are home to some great local restaurants. So the real question is, why haven't they been featured on the Food Network yet?
One of my favorite shows is 'Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives,' and as far as I could see, they haven't been to North Dakota at all! So here is my official list of restaurants that I think need to be featured on a Food Network show - listen up, Guy Fieri and Gordon Ramsay.
I should let you know that I picked restaurants that only have locations in the Bismarck-Mandan area. We all know there are a ton of delicious restaurants in the area, but I decided to keep this local.
Taylor Made BBQ
316 W Main St, MandanTaylor Made BBQ is fairly new to the food industry in the Bismarck-Mandan area, but it didn't take long for them to become a popular spot.
You can't get authentic Texas-style BBQ many places in North Dakota. A plate full of their brisket, ribs and mac & cheese and I'm a happy camper.
Terra Nomad Company
514 E Main Ave, BismarckThe Food Network is all about finding unique places. That perfectly describes Terra Nomad Company. They use the freshest ingredients and have such a fun little shop.
I'd suggest a smoothie bowl, caprese melt and a lavender iced latte.
Little Cottage Cafe
2513 E Main Ave., BismarckTwo words: Caramel Roll.
One of Bismarck's hidden treasures. Little Cottage Cafe reminds me of going over to my grandma's for the best comfort food. There's just nothing better!
Los Luna's - A Taste of New Mexico
108 N Mandan St., BismarckIf the Food Network is looking for some of the best guacamole, they need to get to Los Luna's.
Their delicious margaritas are the perfect compliment to their authentic New Mexico flavors. Not to mention, the atmosphere is so much fun!
Big Boy
2511 E Main Ave, BismarckThere's no way we'd let the Food Network come all the way to Bismarck without a pizza burger flying style. It's a Bismarck tradition. Even though there are other Big Boys across the country, none are like the one we have.
Don't forget your purple cow!
The Pond Bar & Restaurant
307 N 3rd St, BismarckI think Guy Fieri would agree that any restaurant willing to put mac & cheese on a burger, knows that they're doing. By the way, if you haven't tried a Pond Burger yet...what are you even doing with your life?
Of course you'd have to serve some knoephla soup on the side!
