Where does North Dakota rank on a list of "The Best and Worst States for Surviving a Zombie Apocalypse"?

Are you at all concerned about "The Walking Dead" becoming reality? Well, if you reside in North Dakota, you can put your mind at ease. Why? Out of all 50 of these United States, North Dakota ranks #1 on CableTV.com's survey, "The Best and Worst States for Surviving a Zombie Apocalypse." In the words of Hank Williams, Jr. (sorta) "North Dakota folks can survive" - changing the words, not the vibe.

CableTV.com reports that, because North Dakota has such a small population, the residents are less likely to come in contact with "whatever zombie-inducing disease is floating around." Also, as I stated above, many North Dakotans could be self-sufficient if push came to shove. Find out where all the states rank for zombie apocalypse survival here.

Do you think people are actually concerned about a zombie apocalypse?

Of course, anytime we talk about a potential real-life zombie apocalypse, we have to talk about the CDC's "Zombie Preparedness" guidelines. While it is kind of a spoof page, just meant to teach people about preparedness, but there have to be people who take this all too seriously, right? I mean, this information is on the internet - it must be true!

Why are people so obsessed with zombies?

I have never understood the obsession with zombies. I love horror, but zombies are so boring to me. What is scary about them? The move slow and fall apart. There are exactly three zombie things I like: Scooby-Doo, Santa Clarita Dietand Michael Jackson's, "Thriller."
