The 2024-25 ski and snowboard season starts on Saturday! Huge thanks to our team for getting us across the finish line and ready to get everyone back in the hill!

Details-

-Limited terrain is open: Bunny, Pheasant Run, Buffalo Jump. Open lifts: Blue Lift and Bunny Tow. Snowmaking will continue to add more terrain as fast as we can.

- Purchase your tickets online at estore.huffhills.com to speed up your arrival, and give you more time to ride.

-If you purchase season rentals online, you can pick up your gear this week or this weekend.

The ONE thing people look forward to when we roll into the winter season...

...(and I speak for many when I say this is ) skiing at Huff Hills in Mandan. The sweatshirts and jackets are here, but so far there is no snow - temps are starting to drop, and therefore it is almost time to "Hit the slopes" - Huff Hills Ski Area - 5455 County Road 80 is the address of a winter paradise. Earlier today I was just wondering when this place will be ready to go for another season, so I reached out and talked to John Thorenson - Base Area Manager. He was able to give me a target opening date.

Huff Hills is in the finishing stages of getting ready to open for the season

John said, that of course, the weather is an issue right now - as soon as the temperatures fall below 28 degrees and 60% humidity, before we all blink an eye there will be powder on the ground and skiers will be having a blast. "We are hoping for as early as the 2nd week of December - definitely before Christmas"
