You Want Charm? Pure Entertainment? Bismarck Larks All The Way
Last night was one of my favorite traditions of the year
One of my favorite things to do is sit out in the bleachers at the end of a day, soaking in the afternoon sun at Bismarck Municipal Ballpark. What a gorgeous place. Every season, we ( Townsquare Media Bismarck ) have someone from our cluster of radio stations throw out the first pitch before a Larks game. Around the first week of June, Rick Rider from US 103-3 displayed his pitching arm ( and a unique slap shot to home plate )
Last night was my turn

It really is an honor to be asked to throw out the first pitch AND an absolute pleasure to do anything for the Bismarck Larks
Every time I am involved in a promotion with the Bismarck Larks, I am blown away by how professional the whole organization truly is. Starting with a sea of energetic interns, you will be blessed with a trillion smiles and terrific attitudes - the obvious common theme is family entertainment. When I entered the ballpark yesterday, I stood off to the side and watched one of the Lark young ladies talking to some of the kids coming in at the gate - her job was to recruit some fans to join some fun activities in between innings on the field, and WOW, what a gorgeous place to be.
Do me a favor: take a long look at the cover picture of this article
You know that old saying, "a picture is worth a thousand words"- that couldn't be more accurate here. THIS is what the Bismarck Larks do to perfection, making people feel comfortable, from community events outside the ballpark to whatever the occasion is, the Larks organization does it First-Class.
