I So Want This To Happen Here In Bismarck/Mandan

I have had this situation happen at least three or four times...

...and I'm pretty sure some people can relate - this usually happens when you are running late, or there is an appointment you need to get to. Yesterday I found myself staring once again, and an employee from our other building came over and parked like half a foot behind our Wallyeye vehicle.

Barely any room to move forward, and other cars flanked to the left

Ok so my thought process immediately was,.......

...."You couldn't have parked over there?"

OR...."What about here?"

Ok wait a minute, he must have been in such a tremendous hurry, and his first thought was..."Ahh Bromo ( and The Walleye  ) is not going anywhere....PLUS I'm only going to be a MINUTE ( which usually turns out to be like 10-15 minutes )...Surely he can wait"

....Getting back to the parking situation...."What about those TWO wide-open parking spots right there???"

Here is my question to all of you..."Have you ever had this happen to you?" I mean look, I understand completely when a million things going on in your head, and the only thing you can think about is to once again box someone in so not even a sneeze will fit through your bumper and theirs.

SO...I have a brilliant idea, and this needs to happen NOW. We get a HUGE Claw built, like the ones you see picking up toys for kids, and you can either own it or rent it out for the next time "Mr. or Mrs. is in a hurry and decides you ain't going anywhere.
